Millennials are drawn to companies with mission and clear values, and prefer flexible, collaborative, and non-hierarchical workplaces. Side perks aren’t lost on Millennials either. The values and attitudes of the different generations sharing the office aren’t the only concern when it comes to keeping up with employee satisfaction.
