Enterprise Volume Licensing starts from 50 meeting rooms and provides you with a flat rate price on our different modules and services.

*Enterprise Volume Licensing requires a 3 year contract and a Professional Onboarding by our Implementation Specialist, where you will receive both technical guidance to properly configure the AskCody software and assistance to leverage the tools to transform your workspace.

What is a "Room", what's included and can you get a discount if you bundle multiple solutions or need Volume Licensing?

 

What is a "Room" and how is it calculated?
A "Room" is similar to your meeting room resources on your Exchange Server or in your Google Calendar environment. We bill our software per room/month, so if you need AskCody integrated into 25 meeting rooms in your workspace, you'll need 25 room licenses for each module you need. 
What's included in a room license for a module?

For all modules, Calendar Integration for Exchange, Office 365 or Google is included.

Support (Phone, chat, and email) are included based on our SLA.

All features for a module are included in the subscription.

How are you billed?

All prices are per room/month, screen/month or lobby/month.

That way, you'll only pay for the software you need. All prices are billed yearly.

For clients and Europe and Asia-Pacific clients will be billed in EUR.

For clients and North and South America clients will be billed in USD.

Is it possible to have a Pilot or POC?

The short answer is "yes".

We do provide Pilots or POC's for all modules and services except WayFinder.

For Pilots please contact sales and tell us about your needs. 

Depending on size, timeline and complexity, Pilots comes with a price.

What's included in Pro Onboarding?

AskCody professional services empower your organization to quickly gain the most benefit from our platform. All AskCody professional services are delivered by our certified Customer Success team. Services are tailored to meet your needs whether you are at the initial roll-out stage or already have our Platform deployed across your entire Organization.

In our Pro Onboarding, all activities from initial meeting and agreement of deliverables, project Kick-Off workshop, Technical Implementation, Business Logic Workshop, Configuration and Deployment, Launch, and Onboarding, and Training and User Adoption are included.

Which versions of Outlook and Exchange are supported?

AskCody provides a solution with direct integration for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange through Exchange Web Services and Google Calendar through the Google Calendar API.

Our integrations for calendar system from Microsoft are available for Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 and Office 365.

How are add-ins for Outlook supported with Outlook and Exchange 2010?

AskCody Add-ins (RoomFinder, Meeting+ and Welcome+) for Outlook are as standard available as modern Add-ins for Outlook 2013, 2016 and Office 365. 

Learn about modern Add-ins here. Please note that modern Add-ins for Outlook and Office 365 are different from VSTO plugins for Outlook 2010 since add-ins have a different anatomy and are deployed using Office 365 Admin Center and not SCCM.
